With four experienced crews available we have the flexibility and capacity to handle any program large or small. Our commitment to quality ensures that every tree we plant gets the right start.
AFM has undertaken the planting of 15,000 – 30,000 Mānuka and other native species seedlings each year since 2015 with Tasman Forest Management, Beekeepers and in recent years for PF Olsen.

Fertilising
Without the right balance of nutrients your trees may not get the best start in life which will have a significant impact on their value when harvested. AFM can source the products at the best price and provide the experienced crews to apply them. This can often be undertaken more cost efficiently in conjunction with the planting operation.

Spot Release Spray
Weed competition has been shown to have enormous impact on tree growth in the early years. Use of selective herbicides by our skilled crews can release your trees from competition allowing them to reach their full potential. Experienced operators and accurate application of your desired chemical at the right time ensures that weeds are suppressed without harming the trees.
